Madonna Family Session at the State Botanical Garden of Georgia

Nothing makes a mama feel more loved than a photo session with her babies, regardless of how old they are or which stage of life they’re in. Why do I say this? So often mamas are left out of pictures for no other reason than them consistently being the photo taker so what a JOY it is to have the opportunity to put mama in front of the camera and to make her feel celebrated. Seeing Ms. Jackie beam during her session with her twin sons and their wives was truly the sweetest, and what a perfect start to a beautiful Spring Saturday morning.

When Kalee inquired about this session as a Christmas gift for Ms. Jackie, I was so excited! Not only do I just love working with families, but I had the privilege of growing up with all four of these incredible peeps so it was so fun to catch up with each of them. A lot can change after we graduate from high school and how heartwarming was it to pick up where we left off and to hear about their most recent adventures and accomplishments. As we strolled through the State Botanical Garden at the University of Georgia there was nothing but laughter and several conversations that started with “remember when”. Truly such a cup-filling morning with some hometown friends!
